Research & Quality
Third-Party Testing
Independent laboratory documentation helps researchers evaluate the identity and reported quality attributes of a specific product batch.
Independent Analysis
Selected batches are submitted to qualified independent laboratories for analytical testing. The laboratory, methods, results, and test date are identified on the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA). Testing scope may vary by product and batch, so the COA—not a general website statement—is the controlling record.
How COAs Relate to Testing
A COA records the results reported for the batch number shown on that document. Researchers should match the batch number on the product label to the batch number on the COA before relying on the results.
Document Review
Available reports are reviewed for identifying information, reported methods, results, and document completeness before publication. A COA is batch-specific and should not be treated as a guarantee about a different batch or as evidence of suitability for any unapproved use.
Reading a Report
- Confirm the product and batch identifiers.
- Review the analytical method and measured attribute.
- Check the report and testing dates.
- Use the complete report, including any notes or limitations.
